Senior Conveyancing Paralegal - Top 100 Firm - Manchester

Opportunity for a Senior Residential Property Paralegal to join a Top 50 commercial law firm and form part of a Legal 500 listed department whilst working on a diverse caseload with a national client base.

Ideally you need to have experience of working in a large scale volume environment as you will be working for major housing developers on complex property transactions. You will have the opportunity to work on behalf of private clients and national developers of matters including sales, shared ownership, new builds, help to buy, staircasing matters and mortgage in possession sales.

The team is supported by a number of administration assistants and has a balance of Solicitor's, FCILEX's, Senior Paralegal's and Legal Assistant's. There will be opportunities to progress into a full fledged Fee Earning role, as well as the opportunity to deal with your own clients and be involved with client visits & tenders for new work.

Salary for this role is £25,000 - £28,000, with qualified Paralegals & Legal Executives able to achieve the top end of that salary band. A fantastic bonus and benefits scheme is also in place for the right candidate.
