Our client is a leading reputable law firm who are seeking a Structured Finance specialised lawyer to join their International office in the Netherlands. The team have a wealth of expertise in General Banking, Financing, Real Estate Financing and Structured Finance. The partners you will be working alongside have been recognised on legal 500s ‘leading individuals’ list and are internationally known for their expertise in their field.
The team are seeking a junior mid level Lawyer. (1-4 ) You will be working with Fortune 500 clients providing legal assistance to MAJOS Banks and investment banks, insurers, portfolio managers, investors and capital providers - on matters such as, Structured Finance, DCM, NPL’s. Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory for this role.
