Our client is an international law firm who are currently seeking a Debt Restructuring / Insolvency Lawyer to join their office in the Netherlands. The team are known for their experience within the Corporate restructuring and insolvency area for their clients in financial distress. The Partners and Associates have a strong reputation on websites such as Legal 500 and Chambers and partners.
The team are seeking a lawyer with 2-6 years experience. You will be advising clients on a wide array of areas including; debt and corporate restructurings, rescue financing, high yield bond restructuring, insolvency. You will act for larges national and international clients to include Banks, liquidators, Large listed clients, receivers, funds businesses etc.
Fluency in Dutch and English is Mandatory.
