My client, a leading firm in the Cotswolds with offices across Gloucestershire, are looking to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE to join their expanding team in Gloucester and are looking to make the appointment in early 2019.
You will be responsible for a broad caseload for all aspects of commercial conveyancing including sales and purchases of properties and businesses, mortgages and re-financing, landlord and tenant matters including grant and assignment of leases, and lease renewals.
