Regulatory Solicitor

Are you a Regulatory Solicitor looking to join a well-established firm with an outstanding reputation? Then this could be the role for you! Our client is a full-service, national law firm based in Newcastle upon Tyne which has been well established for over 100 years. Building on existing instructions, principally in the Healthcare sector, the firm are looking to expand their Regulatory team as part of the firm's overall growth strategy. Our client has an excellent grip on the North East legal market and this is the perfect opportunity for a driven Regulatory Solicitor.

Your role will involve advising and assisting individuals and businesses across a wide range of sectors, including Healthcare, who are encountering challenges in complying with relevant legislation and who may be facing enforcement action from a range of regulators. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in this field and will be experienced in representing clients at interviews under caution and before Tribunals, Magistrates' Courts and at Inquests.

Required for this role is a self-motivated, highly organised and enthusiastic individual with excellent business development skills who is confident in promoting the firm. An ability to work collaboratively across the firm with lawyers to develop existing client relationships is also essential, as are time management skills and a desire to succeed.
