Sue Ross Legal are working with an independent law firm based in Doncaster who have an exciting opportunity for a Costs Administrator to join their team. 

Your role will combine traditional drafting with the client liaison necessary to negotiate and recover any outstanding payments. To be considered for the position it is essential that you have experience of performing a similar role within a law firm. 

Key duties will include: 

•    Dealing with Fixed Recoverable Costs cases
•    Drafting costs schedules
•    Negotiating
•    Handling contested disbursements
•    Liaising with clients and external parties as necessary
•    Escalating matters as necessary
•    Chasing payments 
•    Working with client and office accounts
