The Role
The successful Residential Conveyancer will advise a local client base on matters to include:
- Sales and purchases
- Freehold and leasehold
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor / Part-Qualified CILEX / Conveyancing
- Good range of residential property experience
- Confident managing a high volume caseload with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
