Insurance Fraud Solicitor.
Due to expansion, my Top 100 defendant Personal Injury client is recruiting an Insurance Fraud Solicitor to join their well regarded Birmingham based Fraud team.
Picking up an existing caseload of Fraud claims, which you will handle from inception through to completion, you will act on behalf of insurers, corporates, and broker customers across a range of business lines. The types of fraud cases will be focused around fraudulent policy holder claims and third-party cases covering indemnity and contractual provisions.
You will need to have sufficient experience to manage your own caseload, though full training and supervision is on hand, dealing with duties to include obtaining witness statements, intelligence reports, liaising with third parties, and general day to day case handling with a focus on litigation.
