Are you an established Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer looking to join a leading US firm (based in their London office)
You will have access to some of the markets most complex, high value M&A transactions and a clear route to Partnership in the future.
The Firm
The London office at this full-service US law firm offers Corporate, Finance, Commercial Litigation, Competition/Antitrust, Real Estate, Employment and Tax legal services.
Their lawyers advise international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and governments on complex and challenging transactions and disputes.
The London Corporate practice is at the forefront of cross-border M&A, financing and joint venture transactions and the team have a wealth of experience in taking complex matters to trial.
The Role
Senior Corporate M&A Associate required to join a US firm with some experience ideally of high-profile real estate transactions for both domestic and international clients.
You will also have expertise in being heavily involved in the structuring aspects and use of indirect vehicles such as companies, limited partnerships, unit trusts and other various offshore vehicles as well as advising on both UK and international fund establishments & joint ventures.
This opportunity comes with progression in the next couple of years to the lawyer who wants to hit the ground running, and in return you will support, investment and access to lead on high value, complex transactions for multinational clients.
Requirements
- Senior Corporate M&A Lawyer ideally with Funds and Indirect Real Assets experience
- Experience at a top London law firm
- Between 4-8 years PQE qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- Ability to train and mentor junior associates and trainees
- Strong business development and client relationship skills
