Junior - Mid Level Infrastructure Lawyers are being recruited into a leading US firm (to be based in the City of London office). The Role

This Infrastructure team is part of the wider Project Development and Finance Group. As a firm, they are noted for expertise in infrastructure finance and their ability to advise on bespoke complex transactions.

The team has a wealth of experience advising on significant and innovative transactions in the infrastructure sector both domestically and internationally with recent transactions involving airports, ports, utilities, storage, rail, social infrastructure and communication.

Clients include sponsors, borrowers, banks, institutional debt investors and other corporate entities advising on all aspects of infrastructure acquisition financings and refinancing.

Associates are given excellent direct exposure to clients, with a culture based on giving people the level of responsibility they are ready for, rather than a PQE benchmark.

There are also regular opportunities for secondments with clients was well as possible postings to other offices under the firm's associate transfer programme.

Requirements

  • You must be a qualified Infrastructure lawyer with excellent academic credentials, working in the Banking or Projects department of a leading City or US firm
  • In terms of PQE the firm will likely be hiring within the range of 2-5 years PQE but may consider more junior or senior applications depending on the candidate
  • Evidence of a keen interest in infrastructure and strong technical knowledge
  • Commerciality and demonstrable business development experience
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills
