This Structured Debt & Capital Markets team, within a well-liked international City practice, provides advice to a broad range of clients on a wide variety of structured finance and debt capital markets products. It assists clients in relation to
-Securitisations
-asset-based financings
-capital markets financings
-distressed portfolio acquisitions and
-loan work-outs
in both the UK and other jurisdictions in the consumer, SME and corporate finance, corporate and residential real estate and infrastructure sectors.

The team is now looking for a talented and ambitious lawyer with broad based structured finance experience. You will either be completing your UK training and have a relevant seat, or be a junior to mid-level lawyer with experience of UK securitisation and/or structured debt capital markets (e. project bonds, utility bonds) or other relevant experience in debt capital markets, asset finance and real estate finance.

The team forms part of the broader finance department which advises many of the world's leading financial institutions, corporates, funds and advisors in relation to the full range of international and domestic financial markets products.
