Tax Associate 0-2pqe

One of the largest City tax teams is now looking to recruit a junior solicitor with 0-2pqe to take on a very broad advisory and transactional tax role. Lawyers qualifying in March will also be considered.

The team advises a very broad range of clients across a range of industry sectors, including listed and private companies, private equity houses, insurers, funds, start-ups, management teams and private individuals across all taxes, both direct and indirect, and in both contentious and non-contentious situations.

The work will involve a good mix of transactional and advisory. Given the wide variety of work performed in the tax team, there is an opportunity to work in a multitude of areas.

Candidates will need to be technically strong (having trained at a well-regarded firm), ambitious and commercially astute.
