Opportunity for a corporate lawyer, with at least 1PQE, to gain experience of a broad range of mainstream corporate work with a focus on the energy sector, working closely with London based partners on a range of national and international transactions for major "name" corporate and private equity clients. Candidates for this position will have experience of advising on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, fund raising and investment structures. Experience of private equity work would be an advantage but is not essential. The preferred candidate will be keen to develop his/her client skills and to get involved in business development and to contribute to the further growth of the corporate energy practice.
