Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner - Chesterfield

I am currently recruiting on behalf of a law firm based in Chesterfield who are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.

Due to continued growth and expansion of the department they are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to handle a full caseload of registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold matters in respect of sales, purchases, re-mortgages & transfers of equity.

Applications are invited from Solicitors/Legal Executives/Licensed Conveyancers/Paralegals with a proven track record of handling your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing files. You'll possess excellent client care and communication skills, have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and have previous experience handling a large caseload of matters using a Case Management System. You should be a team player and enjoy working in a culture that is highly focused within a friendly and supportive environment.
