The current need is for a junior to mid-level lawyer to focus on aviation and rail work. The role will involve advising banks, lessors, ECAs, manufacturers, operators and private individuals on all aspects of asset financing including: export credit backed financing, syndicated and bilateral debt, distressed asset finance transactions, operating and finance leases, asset sale and purchase, private placements and sale and leaseback transactions. Suitable candidates will be UK qualified and have proven technical skills in asset finance ideally with a focus in the aviation and/or rail sectors.
