Your new role
My client is an award-winning law firm currently seeking a Conveyancing Auditor to join their dynamic team based in Cheltenham. You will report directly to the compliance manager to plan, develop and manage a systematic file audit process to ensure technical compliance. As well as conducting technical file reviews, you will provide clear and concise feedback to the compliance manager and operations team, identifying any trends, issues or concerns, making suggestions and offering advice, support and guidance where appropriate.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to utilise their residential property knowledge within a part-time role. You will work 21 hours per week, and our client are flexible as to how these hours are worked. There may be some home working for the right person and there is free parking on site.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have an in-depth knowledge of conveyancing law; therefore, you will need good experience in a role within residential property. Ideally, you will be a qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer, with strong technical skills.
