Responsibilities

• Managing your own varied caseload of commercial property matters
• Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold commercial property
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Drafting contracts
• Overage agreements
• Options and conditional contracts
• Refinancing and loan documentation

The Candidate

• Applications are encouraged from solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property matters
• Good technical ability is essential
• Ideally, you will have exceptional client care skills
• Taking a proactive approach, you will have the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• A strong level of business acumen is required
