The Role

Because the firm is growing, they are looking for a learning and development Manager for their head office in Croydon.

You will be responsible for delivering the firm's learning and development plan, assisting the Company's Training Principal to meet the requirements of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, assisting in engendering a culture of performance management which ensures individual responsibility, accountability and job satisfaction, assisting in the preparation of the Company's annual learning and development budget, assisting in maintaining the Company's Performance Management Framework, identifying and reporting on trends accordingly and much more.

You will need to have experience in designing programmes and delivery and using talent pools as well as leadership development and using functions to map succession planning.

Requirements:

  • You must have the CIPD Level 6 Qualification
  • You must have 3+ years' experience in Learning and Development at a law firm or professional financial services
  • You must have depth and breadth of experience in L&D
  • You must work well in a team
  • You must have knowledge and experience of change methods
