Legal Administration Assistant.
 
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Legal Administration Assistant to join a top-tier international full-service law firm, based in the heart of Manchester city centre. You will be working within a team of administrators providing legal administrative support to a number of fee earners, specialising within defendant insurance. 
 
You will have a minimum of 12 months of legal administration experience, have knowledge of using a case management system, and must have a minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A* - B.
 
Duties include opening files onto the case management system, collating initial information from clients and adding them to the relevant files, logging files out to costs, dealing with the post, answering the telephone, and responding to queries received into the email inbox, and dealing with general administrative support.
