A leading regulatory team require an additional regulatory solicitor to work on behalf of regulatory bodies. Although, primarily based in Central London the role will involve travel to other offices at least twice a week to oversee less experienced staff in the department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the best regulatory team's in the country where the successful regulatory solicitor will be required to manage an investigatory caseload.

The team work across a wide range of disciplines involving allegations against professionals where their fitness to practise is alleged to be impaired through misconduct, competence or health issues. The regulatory solicitor role will involve preparing cases for hearings before panels and committees of the relevant regulators. cases may range from large scale fraud or multi-patient failings through to inappropriate sexualised behaviour.

The regulatory solicitor will be supervised by a partner and have appropriate support, through paralegals, with their caseload. Key parts of the role will be to liaise with the defence, interview key witnesess in complex cases, attend conferences with counsel, prepare final reports and present cases to the practice committees. Salary dependent upon experience.
