Description
The Corporate Lawyer will be part of the global legal team and specifically part of the Corporate Team reposponsible for M&A activity. This is an excellent role for a Private Practice lawyer looking to move in-house whilst still accessing interesting M&A transactions.
Profile
The ideal Corporate Lawyer will b c3 years PQE* with a UK/Common Law qualification gained at top law firm.
- Broad M&A transnational experience
- General Corporate advisory experience
- High level communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation skills
