A major US company is seeking an In House Counsel for their leading team in Essex. This is a great opportunity to take on an in-house role within an international software company operating in the global financial services sector.
The Role
As In House Counsel, you will be joining a 5 strong legal team, to take on the following duties:
- Dealing with a range of high value technology and service matters
- Handling major outsourcing contracts as well as day to day software and commercial contracts
- Providing legal support to members of the wider business as and when required
Candidate Requirements
The successful In House Counsel will have the following attributes:
- 2-4 years’ PQE
- Strong experience in commercial contracts
- Experience in the financial services sector (useful but not essential)
- Excellent commercial and transactional skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
