Residential Conveyancer.
My client is a close-knit high street firm based in a Leicestershire market town. They have been a pillar of the local community across centuries and are well trusted as a known friend of the local public.
On offer here is an opportunity to inherit a caseload of 70-80 files within a traditional yet progressive firm where you will find a stable and motivational environment.
The ideal scenario for the firm would be to find a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a highly productive department. Applications from experienced Paralegals who have run their own caseload for upwards of 2 years would also be considered.
The team are loyal and supportive but you should be self-sufficient in terms of processing your own admin. There is a case management system in place.
You can expect to handle all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including land and new build property transactions Freehold and Leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, transfer of equity etc. The firm does not pay for any referrals they have a strong reputation based on the level of service to the client.
Applications from relocators would be considered however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the area.
