There is an outstanding opportunity due to expansion for a Regulatory Solicitor to join a longstanding Legal 500 firm with an exceptional reputation. This firm is setting the standard within Newcastle. This is a firm which is a real investor in people, with opportunities for advancement and a benefits package which rivals anywhere in the North East.
You will be joining a firm which acts for several public serving bodies, principally in the healthcare sector, advising and assisting on challenges in complying with legislation. You will be advising these clients who may be facing action from a wide variety of regulators, such as Health and Safety, Environmental Agency, Care Quality Commission, and Professional Regulatory Body.
To be considered for this role, you will need to be a self-motivated and highly enthusiastic qualified Regulatory Solicitor. You will have a proven ability and experience of representing clients before Tribunals, Magistrates Courts, and Inquests. This role may also be suitable if you have had experience acting for regulatory bodies themselves, as this is a key area of expansion highlighted by the firm.
