A superb opening for either a clinical negligence solicitor, commercial litigation solicitor or even PI or insurance solicitor to join this exceptional defendant clinical negligence practice in Bristol. A top 100 UK law firm with a refreshingly open minded approach, you'll join a top drawer and Chambers rated team here in Bristol.
My client is open to applications from first class ligation lawyers first and foremost- whilst a background in clinical negligence work would obviously be preferred, it is not in any way required as they are open to training someone up within this field.
THE ROLE
- My client is a multi office nationally renowned law firm well within the Top 100 UK law firms and currently enjoying the successes of its growth strategy.
- This is a brand new opportunity for this Chambers rated clinical negligence team now looking for a clinical negligence lawyer with at least 2 years experience to bolster their highly successful team.
- You'll join a large and collegiate team of clinical negligence lawyers undertaking high quality work defendant work largely within the healthcare sector.
- Fully supportive and embracing a grown up work life balance with good opportunities for flexible working and working from home as required
ABOUT YOU
- Whilst the role is on the defendant side, my client, a revered national practice, is open minded about your background to the extent that you could be currently working as a commercial litigator, personal injury lawyer or perhaps as an insurance lawyer. You do not need to have had exposure to defendant clinical negligence work- it's about having a positive and solution focussed approach.
- As an excellent litigation lawyer, you will however need to demonstrate a real problem solving acumen as well as enthusiasm and commitment to learn a new trade
- You will be expected to be technically excellent in your field with strong academics
