Corporate Commercial Solicitor.
A position for a Senior Corporate Commercial Solicitor has come about within one of Bedfordshire’s leading Legal 500 firms. The role offers the right candidate a chance to work in a flexible, modern and growing private practice commercial department.
The practice has a fantastic reputation and client base throughout the country and has access to some truly exciting and interesting work.
The optimal candidate will be expected work on all manner of commercial matters, drafting contracts, merger and acquisition work, corporate restructuring, European repatriation of assets, securitised lending, data protection, terms & conditions, and commercial contracts. It is essential that the candidate of choice understand commerce, understands how companies make money and improve year to year. The firm prides themselves on being a quasi in house offering for clients, with face to face client contacts in the client's boardrooms as regularly as possible.
You will ideally be a senior Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE in Corporate Commercial work sourced from a top tier firm, or the right In-House Solicitor may be considered.
You will have autonomy over your working week, a sizeable marketing budget and the freedom to manage matters as you think will be most commercially viable. You will have a genuinely fast-tracked route to partnership and you will be a key asset in the firms commercial offering with rapid progression and development opportunities for the right candidate.
