Are you seeking an opportunity to work at one of the West End's most prestigious firms? Many of their current Partners started at the firm as Paralegals or Trainee Solicitors and progressed within the Practice (many times in under 8 years); their progression prospects are extremely good. You will find a lovely culture with such a strong family feel throughout the practice. They are especially well known for their Real Estate and Property Litigation work, this is a huge part of their business.

The firm

This firm has been a well-known name in London for over 50 years. They have several offices including a flagship branch in the heart of the West End. Over the years, they have attracted Lawyers out Top city firms, wanting to join a more entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. Staff enjoy much more in the way of flexibility, work from home and work -life balance. The firm has no hierarchy, politics and a culture of nurturing talent. This has given them an unheard-of staff retention rate.

They now stand at over 60 Lawyers and are multi-service, their average length of service is 9 years which speaks volumes for the emphasis they place on the people that work there. They have continued to move up the Legal 500 rankings.

In the last year they have invested in new technology which has streamlined many processes allowing fee earners to become more efficient.

I would personally say that I feel this firm has one of the most collegiate, forward-thinking cultures of any medium sized firm we work with Nationally.
