A leading regional practice with significant strength in its Corporate department is seeking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to join their Worcester office.
You will join a highly experienced Corporate department ranked in the legal 500 undertaking all aspects of corporate work on behalf of UK, US and European companies from a variety of sector types. Your work will include but will not be limited to; company sales and acquisitions, restructures, joint ventures, along with commercial contracts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor around 3 years post qualification experience (though any level will be considered) to work alongside a fantastic partner which will offer plenty of professional development.
To be considered you must be a Corporate Solicitor with a strong academic track record along with experience from a regional or city firm. This role offers great quality corporate work but in the beautiful town of Worcester.
