Commercial and Insurance Lawyers Needed - Consumer Insights - Legal Counsel
We are working with a global consumer insights company who help retain customers for world-leading clients. They are seeking to hire a lawyer with experience in Commercial and/or Insurance Law.
The successful candidate will have a broad range of responsibilities, including drafting and negotiating commercial and insurance contracts, service agreements, claims handling agreements and some supplier contracts. The role also has a large advisory element, as you will advise on any commercial issues that may arise in the business, such as intellectual property issues and litigation. You will also have the opportunity to get involved in projects across the business, such as helping their global expansion.
The successful candidate will be qualified in the UK with at least 3 years PQE. Ideally, you will have trained at a top UK/International law firm or leading in-house institution, and gained strong experience in Commercial and/or Insurance law. This role is suitable for either commercial lawyers with experience in the insurance sector or insurance lawyers able to draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
Please note candidates with exceptional experience outside of these perimeters may still apply.
