Role: Banking & Finance Paralegal
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Client: Large City Law Firm
Main Requirement: To assist the fee earners in providing a high-quality service to their client base
We are looking for a Paralegal that has 6-12 months experience of working in a Banking & Finance department within a reputable law firm. The successful candidate will need to have prior transactional experience as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks will vary between:
- Document Review
- Research Tasks & Proof reading
- Assisting Associates and trainees on transactional support as and when needed
- Being the point of contact for third parties
- Keeping records up to date through knowledge management for your team
- A variety of administrative tasks: printing, copying, typing, faxing, filing etc
