We are currently working on an exclusive basis with an innovative, forward thinking and expanding Fintech organisation who are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a permanent basis.

Working as part of a small in-house legal team and reporting directly into the General Counsel responsibilities will include:  

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a broad range of commercial contracts with a particular focus on technology and payment agreements
• Advising on data protection and GDPR related matters
• Helping to develop strategies to mitigate against any potential risks
• Providing commercial and strategic legal advise

The General Counsel is an exceptional lawyer who would make an excellent mentor for a lawyer either looking to move in-house or continue their career in-house.

They are an entrepreneurial business and the successful candidate will have daily exposure to the CEO and other members of the senior leadership team.

To be considered for the role you should:

• Be a qualified Solicitor  
• Have a background in either corporate or commercial law
• Have an interest in working on a broad spectrum of legal matters
