An international specialist investment bank based in London is looking to recruit a derivatives lawyer to join one of it's legal teams

Description
Reporting into the Head of Legal you will be responsible for advising the business on the following matters:
- Draft and negotiate ISDA Master Agreements and any associated Credit Support Annex/collateral documents with various types of counter-party such as Financial Institutions and Corporates.
- Review and analyse finance and security documents for derivatives hedging related to secured financing / project finance transactions.
- Negotiate and review Global Master Repurchase Agreements (GMRAs) and Global Master Securities Lending Agreements (GMSLAs).
- Provide legal support and advice on laws, rules and regulations applicable to global transactions (including netting opinions for foreign jurisdictions and EMIR).
Profile
The successful candidate will need to be a qualified derivatives lawyer. Experience of loan and securitisation documentation as well as hedging in finance documents is essential. Knowledge of ISDA documentation would be beneficial but not essential as there are two specialist negotiators already in the team.
Job Offer
A six figure basic salary + benefits + bonus.
