Conveyancing Manager.
 
A fantastic opportunity for a technically minded conveyancer has become available with one of Yorkshire's leading firms, based at their central Leeds office. This is an outstanding management opportunity for someone looking to move away from fee earning. 
 
This leading, multi-office firm has been established in West Yorkshire for over 80 years and has a great reputation across the region. They are looking for a Conveyancing Manager to join their well established Conveyancing Department in a pure management role. 
 
The successful Conveyancing Manager will be managing the department to include panel applications, CQS, staff training, mentoring and helping with technical issues. Prior experience of managing more junior fee earners, assistants and support staff would be desired.
 
This would suit a conveyancer with substantial experience as a fee earner, with a full understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish. You will be looking after a number of fee earners and support staff.
 
The Conveyancing Manager will be responsible for dealing with the progression of staff members, and being a point of contact for advice on technical queries on files, offering advice and guidance. This is an ideal role for those looking to move away from the fee earning aspect of the role.
