Diversity & Inclusion Manager

My client is an international law firm looking to recruit a Diversity & Inclusion Manager on a permanent basis.

The Diversity & Inclusion Manager will provide an excellent Diversity & Inclusion service to the firm, which is key for the overall people strategy. Reporting into the Head of Learning & Development and Head of HR the key responsibilities will include:

• Lead and implement firmwide Diversity & Inclusion and CSR strategy
• Develop an agenda for a wider talent development agenda
• Establish and agree a strategic budget
• Develop relationships and influence key stakeholders internally and externally
• Manage and run projects
• Progress reporting
• Ensuring CSR best practice
• Reviewing and setting new policies

The Diversity & Inclusion Manager will have significant experience in a similar role within a professional services environment. Experience within a Law Firm would be extremely advantageous. The right candidate must have excellent knowledge of D&I and CSR regulatory requirements and will have previous line management experience. They must have a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders and delivering service improvements. They will have a practical and commercial approach, be resilient but with a positive and flexible approach to their work.
