Regeneration Lawyer required to join a local authority to undertake large project work, on a good length of contract based in the East of England.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Regeneration Lawyer who has experience of handling complex property and development projects to build up their portfolio and help out with wide opportunities.
Our client feels that this role would be well suited to an established Regeneration Lawyer from either a Local Authority or Private Practice background, who is looking to undertake complex, interesting work, whilst maintaining a good work-life-balance.
The successful candidate will drive exciting projects for the Local Authority forward, therefore they should have experience in the following areas;
- Regeneration and development
- Commercial property
- Planning
- Highways
- CPO's
