Conveyancing Fee Earner.
I am working with a growing Coventry based firm which has taken a strong market share in the Warwickshire area. They are now looking to recruit another Conveyancing Fee Earner to assist with the ongoing expansion of the residential property team.
The role on offer would be suitable for a conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer) with experience in a range of sales, purchase, and remortgage work for leasehold and freehold land. The work derives from strong relationships with local agents, as well as referrers who provide work on a broader national arrangement.
You will be capable of working independently, with strong client care skills, and while business development is not an over-riding requirement for this role as existing work is in place, the firm would be interested in candidates who enjoy marketing and can demonstrate success in generating new work.
The firm is modern and has recently expanded its office capacity to facilitate its growth. They have cutting edge technology, but still strongly believe that there is a balance to be achieved between technology and traditional client care.
