Residential Property Solicitor - This is a fantastic opportunity to join a top southern practice handling a quality caseload and offering you the chance to further your career.
Our clients are a modern and progressive Sussex practice that are known for their outstanding service, first class advice and advanced business model. They are now looking for a further residential property solicitor to join their team at their Sussex office. You will need at least 3 years + relevant case handling experience, managing a range of residential transactions with minimal supervision. You will be taking on a caseload of sales & purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages, equity release, right to buy and shared ownership.
