Paralegal / Fee Earner in a well-regarded, greater Manchester law firm's credit hire team.

Your new company is based in Greater Manchester and is a well-regarded law firm. The company offers excellent salary rates and flexible benefits.

Your new role

Your new role will see you as a senior fee earner within the firms credit hire team. You will handle a caseload of purely litigated credit hire files and undertake discussions / negotiations with the Insured, Insurer and Third Party Solicitors. You will be required to pursue rapid settlement of the files and meet agreed performance targets.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed you must have some credit hire experience and experience handling small claims and fast track matters. Litigated experience is preferable, but not essential. You must have good grades and good telephone negotiation skills.
