My client is a leading international law firm are looking to hire a Senior HR Advisor to join the London team on a permanent basis.
The Senior HR Advisor will act as the first point of contact for escalations and will be a key contact for HR Operations team and HR Business Partners.
The key duties will include:
- Support the HR Manager in leading the HR Ops team.
- Work closely with HR Business Partners
- Act as a trusted Advisor regarding operational issues
- Oversee sickness absence
- Oversee and manage the onboarding process
- Assist with the delivery of performance management
- Support with international secondments
- Assist with ER issues
- Ad hoc project work
The Senior HR Advisor will have a minimum of 4 years Generalist and Operations HR experience at Advisor level. They will have a sound understanding of employment legislation and will have the ability to influence and negotiate with senior stakeholders. The right candidate will have a good knowledge of Employee Relations processes and a proven ability in exercising judgement and discretion. They will be a positive and personable candidate with a clear focus and optimism.
