Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking a senior lawyer to join their office in Milan, Italy. The team work with a wide variety of clients, from regional to international teams advising companies ranging from owner-managed businesses, management teams and private equity houses to property developers, local authorities, and housing providers. They are also known for their tax experience amongst other practice areas on law firm ranking websites such as legal 500 and chambers & partners.
The team are seeking someone with 8+ years’ experience. You will be working within a multitude of areas including; private equity funds, taxation within M&A, transactional work within banks and financial institutions, securitization, lending and borrowing and private client work.
