Commercial Property and Planning Locum

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property and Planning locum to join a local authority based in the East Midlands. Candidates who are qualified lawyers or experienced paralegals will be considered.

The successful lawyer or paralegal will take on a varied commercial property and planning caseload, including, but not exclusive to:

• Sales and purchases of land and property
• Leases and licenses
• Right to buy matters
• Section 106's
• Compulsory purchase orders
• Planning enforcements and inquiries

This position is available on a full or part time basis and will likely be for a minimum of six months.
