Niche law firm in North London is looking to recruit a part-time corporate lawyer / corporate commercial lawyer (with opportunity for flexible working) as the firm continues to grow. The team currently includes two partners.
Candidates will ideally have experience of working on and running a range of their own corporate law transactions and commercial matters, including:
- Disposals and acquisitions (share sales and business sales);
- Joint ventures and shareholder agreements; and
- Commercial law matters such as terms and conditions of business.
