An impressive national law firm with a longstanding presence in the Hampshire market is looking to recruit a junior level Construction Solicitor to join their busy Southampton office.
As a Construction Solicitor, you will work closely with senior Partners, benefiting from their experience and expertise within construction law. You will sit within the broader commercial property team working on development, infrastructure, and construction projects.
The department handles both a mixture of contentious (litigation, arbitration and adjudication, as well as ADR) and non-contentious matters. You will need to be familiar with a range of institutional contracts such as JCT, NEC, or FIDIC suites.
