A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Technology Support Analyst to join the London office on a an initial 6 Month FTC, to be responsible for the PC hardware and software.  Other responsibilities will include diagnosing and determine appropriate course of action – duties will include assessing user issues, intermediate trouble-shooting, managing the remote computing and Citrix experience, leading the IOS setup and troubleshooting, Networking including wireless, using Voice over IP (VOIP) telephone systems, documents new findings/solutions, adhere to use of call ticketing system for each and every incident, having ticket ownership with guidelines and system usage, participating in on-call and overtime when needed, assisting with project roll-outs.  Candidates must have a technical qualification, a minimum of 12 months’ experience in a professional services environment, preferably a law firm along with strong written, verbal and communication skills along with the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and stunning offices are based in the city.
