Your new company
My client is an excellent energy company which is rapidly expanding within the solar energy space. The company is a large international business with a current turnover of over a billion pounds company has forecast to continue to grow and is now looking to expand its legal headcount to reflect the organisations legal demands company's significant markets are in Latin America, Australia, CIS, Africa, Spain and France.

Your new role
You will ideally be a corporate or construction paralegal who wishes to join an exciting project in a growing international energy business. You will support the General Counsel, Senior Construction Legal Counsel and the Corporate Legal Counsel on all transactions and legal issues. You will be well organisation updating databases and applying your legal knowledge to issues that arise from construction to corporate matters within the energy space.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have completed the LLB or GDL and have also completed the LPC.
The ideal candidate will have worked within a high calibre law firm or in-house construction or energy company and have gain valuable experience in a similar role.
