A top 200 UK full service law firm is seeking Construction Solicitor to join their team in Sheffield on a permanent, full time contract.
About the Role
This Construction Solicitor role will encompass the following key elements:
- Working independently as well as alongside the commercial property team
- Handling Commercial matters within the construction sector
- Liaising with a variety of clients in multiple sectors
- Developing this area of specialist law within the firm
Candidate Requirements
The successful lawyer is likely to have:
- 3-6 years’ PQE
- Background in Construction gained at a reputable firm
- Experience working with clients such as developers, investors, lenders, contractors and consultants
- A following in the following sectors; housing, retail, commercial education, renewable and conventional energy, real estate and retirement homes (preferable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- The ability and confidence to assist with business development
On Offer
The Solicitor will receive a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum as well as a great benefits package. There is flexibility with this role, and you will be given the autonomy to grow your own team.
