Court of Protection Solicitor.
A leading international law firm in Manchester is looking for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor to join their growing Court of Protection department.
You will be working alongside the Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence Partners in Manchester, as well as a London-based Legal 500 recommended Court of Protection Partner. You will be handling a range of court of protection matters, where a professional Deputy of Trustee is appointed, many of which are in the value of multi-million pounds.
You will ultimately be the first point of contact for Court of Protection in Manchester, supported by the wider team in London and being part of a well-regarded international law firm. The firm attracts a very high quality of work, along with impressive offices, work/life balance, and career advancement.
You must be a qualified and experienced Court of Protection Solicitor, likely with 1 year of PQE gained in a well-reputed Court of Protection team in Manchester. You will be able to work autonomously on your own caseload and, ideally, have had exposure to higher value matters, although this is not essential.
You will have excellent communication and client care skills, along with a strong academic background.
The firm is offering a very competitive salary, likely £40,000 to £60,000 depending on the level of experience, and an array of benefits on top of that.
