Conveyancer

A leading regional law firm based in Bingley is looking for a junior Conveyancer to join their team on a permanent, full time contract.

The Role

The Conveyancer will be managing their own caseload under the supervision of a senior lawyer. This will include the following Residential Property matters:

• Sales and purchases
• Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
• Extensive client contact
• Re-mortgages
• Leasehold flats
• Newbuilds
• Transfers of Equity

Candidate Requirements

The successful newly qualified lawyer will have: 

• Experience running own residential property files (including both sale and purchase)
• Strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well independently and under supervision
• A keen interest in working with a well-established law firm

On Offer

• Salary of £15,000 - £19,000 per annum
• Potential to progress into running own sale and purchase caseload within a highly reputable law firm
