An opportunity has arisen to join a market-leading commercial property practice in Bishop's Stortford. This legal 500 ranked practice seeks a commercial property solicitor with at least 1 years PQE to join their progressive firm. This opportunity will see you join a top 150 UK practice providing you with high quality work, support, development, career progression and a competitive regional salary.

The Role:

As a commercial property solicitor in this market-leading team you will advise a range of national clients on:

* Acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural land)
* Preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals
* Advising on refinancing and loan documentation (including loan facility arrangements for private lenders) and sales and leasebacks of commercial property.

You:

* Qualified Commercial Property Solicitor
* Experience in agricultural matters is desirable but not essential
* At least 1 years PQE but NQs with relevant experience will be considered
