A global travel company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their thriving in-house team for a data protection focused role. This full-time, permanent position will be based in London.
Responsibilities of your new role
Your primary duties as Legal Counsel will include:
- Developing policies and standards
- Providing training to the wider business on data protection matters
- Monitoring activities to make sure they are in accordance with legislation
- Liaising with data protection regulators
- Supporting the company's Data Protection Officer on projects
Candidate requirements
The business wishes to speak with In-House Counsel applicants who demonstrate:
- 2+ years of PQE
- Experience gained in-house or with a private practice
- Strong experience in data protection law
- Working knowledge of GDPR and other relevant regulations
